That experience has been built inside Tech, Fintech, Financial Services, Digital Media and Professional Services companies, working with high-performing, values-led teams, long enough to see what truly moves the needle on performance, and what quietly holds it back.
She has been part of Leadership Teams for the past decade, working directly with Functional Management, GTM, Product, Engineering Leadership as well as teams assembled for high-stakes programmes.
Ester is trained in AI Leadership at the London School of Economics, which shapes how she prepares teams for the latest challenges and external pressures underway.
